Refunds and Cancellation

1. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period. TownSignal does not provide partial-month refunds.
2. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be canceled before renewal to stop the next annual charge. Access continues through the paid annual term. TownSignal does not provide prorated refunds for unused months, except where required by law or stated in a written order.
3. How to cancel
To cancel, email support@townsignal.co from the email address associated with your account. Include your company name and the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Access after cancellation
Access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Billing errors
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@townsignal.co. TownSignal will review billing questions in good faith.
